About Onward Flight

  • What is Onward Flight?

Onward Flight is a flight reservation service that provides travelers with real flight reservations. Reservations are fulfilled through registered travel partners and include a PNR (Passenger Name Record) that you can verify on many airline websites.

  • Why use Onward Flight?

    • Fast: Your reservation details are typically delivered by email shortly after payment. • Easy: Enter your route and passenger details and complete checkout in a few steps. • Real: You receive a verifiable itinerary with a PNR for onward-travel and visa workflows. • Support: Reach our team by email if anything looks off.

  • How does Onward Flight work?

Enter your route and passenger information, pay securely at checkout, and we issue your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email with your PNR and a link to your customer panel where you can download your ticket PDF when it is ready.

  • May I use Onward Flight for visa-related reservations?

Yes. Many travelers use a verifiable reservation to document onward or return travel while keeping flexibility. Many embassies recommend not purchasing a full-priced ticket until a visa is approved; a reservation can be a practical option. Always follow the specific guidance of the embassy or airline you are dealing with.

Tickets & reservations

  • How long is the flight reservation valid?

Your confirmation and panel display a validity window. Typical airline holds used for onward-travel proofs are roughly 48–72 hours from issuance, though many carriers shorten or lengthen that TTL without notice depending on fares, ticketing limits, partner policies, or schedule changes. Always treat the dates rendered on your PDF/email as authoritative: if departure is still days away, the underlying record may lapse earlier than your travel date and require extension or replacement.

  • Can I extend the validity of the reservation?

For eligible one-way bookings, you may see an "Extend reservation" option in your panel when you are within 24 hours of the shown expiry. That flow searches for a new itinerary and refreshes your PNR and validity, subject to availability. Round-trip bookings are not supported for self-serve extension in the panel—email support and we will advise.

  • Can I choose the airline?

The booking system selects a suitable option for your route and dates. You cannot manually pick a carrier during checkout.

  • Can I buy the ticket I booked with you?

If you want a full-priced ticket, contact support and we can help you explore options.

  • What do I receive after booking?

You receive a confirmation email with your itinerary details and PNR, and you can download your ticket PDF from your panel when the booking is active.

  • Do I receive an e-ticket number?

A reservation for proof of travel is not the same as a paid e-ticket. An e-ticket number is issued when you purchase a full-priced ticket from the airline.

  • Can I see a sample ticket before booking?

After you complete a booking, your confirmation email and panel show the PDF layout for your itinerary. We do not provide a separate generic sample file before purchase.

  • How can I check the PNR code?

Use the airline's PNR lookup (often labeled manage booking or PNR status) with the PNR from your PDF or email plus the passenger surname. If an airline does not expose status for your fare, contact support.

  • Is it possible to select the exact flight that will be booked?

Not during checkout. Our pipeline selects a suitable itinerary for your search criteria.

  • Do I have to cancel the flight myself?

You do not need to manually cancel a temporary reservation for proof of travel. If you do not purchase a full ticket, the itinerary will lapse according to airline and fare rules after the validity shown on your booking.

  • Do I pay the full price of the flight at checkout?

You pay the reservation fee shown at checkout (plus any add-ons you select). Purchasing a full-priced airline ticket is separate and handled with the airline or your travel agent.

  • Can I use my flight reservation to fly?

The product is intended as proof of itinerary for immigration, visa, or carrier checks. To travel, you must purchase a full-priced ticket according to airline rules.

  • When should I book?

Book far enough ahead of any embassy appointment or travel check that you can receive and verify your documents in time. If your flow allows delayed issuance, choose the activation or delivery options offered at checkout where available.

Issues with your order

  • Can you change the details on my flight reservation?

Once a reservation is issued, details generally cannot be changed in place. You may need to place a new booking with corrected information. In exceptional cases (for example a clear spelling mistake in a name) contact support and we will see what is possible—corrections are never guaranteed.

  • I made a mistake with the name or the date. What should I do?

If you purchased the Flexible Reservation add-on at checkout, you may request one correction (name, date, route, or destination) by emailing support while your reservation is still within its validity window, typically about 48 hours from issuance. If you did not purchase Flexible Reservation, changes are usually not possible after issuance and a new booking may be required.

  • I can't find my reservation on the airline's website. What should I do?

Try the following: • Composed surnames: enter multi-part surnames without spaces (for example "De la Cruz" as "Delacruz"). • PNR accuracy: copy and paste the PNR from your email or PDF to avoid typos. • Second PNR: some carriers issue an internal second code—ask support if you suspect this. • Some airlines do not show status for every fare type. If it still fails, email support with a screenshot and your booking email.

  • Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?

Full refunds are limited to the scenarios described on our refund policy — primarily duplicate Site charges attributable to confirmed technical faults, or failures by us to complete the Service entirely after payment. Operational support remedies (verification help, locator replacements, ticketing fixes) precede discretionary refunds unless your situation clearly matches those narrowly defined cases. Payments reversed by banks or processors follow issuer timelines separately from our approvals.

  • Was sind gespeicherte Reisende?
